Mathaus Torres

We are very pleased to announce the arrival of Mathaus Torres as our new Program Coordinator here at ICCI.

Mathaus holds a degree in International Relations and brings with him a decade of experience working with youth, focusing on gender, democracy, and climate change.

Before joining ICCI, he served as Executive Secretary at Em Movimento, where he significantly contributed to research, communication, and mobilization about Brazilian youth. From 2018 to 2022, he served as Executive Director of Engajamundo, coordinating the organization’s participation at COP26 in Glasgow.

Mathaus also has an impressive history of youth mobilization campaigns, including the “Voto é Atitude” campaign, which aimed to strengthen youth participation in the 2022 presidential elections, reaching over 10 million people on social media.

We are excited about the contributions he will bring to our work. Welcome to ICCI!

Fabio Issao
Currently focused on Branding and Information Design, Fabio Issao helps individuals and organizations to improve their visions, purposes and businesses strategies through design-oriented methodologies. In the last 12 years, Fabio co-founded 3 design studios (LUME, Flag and Camisa10). After that, he served as the Strategic Design Director at Mandalah, a global conscious innovation consultancy, for 5 years, where he helped global and local brands to implement design as a changing-driver for all its projects. Since July 2014 he's been working on different projects, all of them based on creating social good and purposeful products and services.
