Meet Luiza Rudge, the latest addition to ICCI

Luiza Rudge

We are very pleased to announce the arrival of Luiza Rudge for the role of Institutional Development Director at ICCI!

Luiza is a postgraduate in Marketing from PUC-Rio with over 10 years of experience in communication and marketing, working in large companies and agencies with a focus on client relationships and project management. In 2018, she decided to shift her career towards the third sector, aiming to promote social impact.

Before joining ICCI, she was Director of Institutional Development at Instituto Desiderata, where she was responsible for developing the fundraising and donor relationships department, and for  implementing strategies for institutional development.

At ICCI, Luiza will manage the Institute’s operations, partnerships and work alongside the Executive Director in shaping strategic direction.
